1. Service and agreement

Money Lab provides personal education about investing and financial skills, not personal investment advice or guaranteed returns. Paid subscribers must be at least 18. The agreement is made when you confirm the payment obligation at checkout. The order confirmation provides the agreement details.

2. Free introduction and monthly membership

Getting started is free with a verified email and requires no card. Choose Continue as a member to access paid lessons, enter card details on Stripe and confirm the monthly subscription. There is no separate free membership trial. The first month is charged immediately on confirmation; access opens automatically after payment. The regular monthly price is EUR 27.90 including 25.5% VAT. Verified waitlist members pay EUR 19.90/month for the first three paid months, then EUR 27.90/month; this is a one-time benefit. Stripe handles card data. Prices and renewal are shown before confirmation.

3. Access and ending renewal

The first week opens when paid membership starts. Further weeks open on subsequent Mondays at 00:00 Finnish time after the previous week is completed. Free previews do not start this schedule. Earned unlocks remain, but paid content requires active membership. You can stop future charges in subscription management; paid access normally lasts to the end of the paid period. Removing the app does not cancel your subscription. Contact support if you cannot sign in.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of entering the distance contract. You may expressly request immediate performance during this period. If you withdraw after such requested performance starts, a reasonable proportion of the contract price for services already performed may be charged only if you were informed of this obligation beforehand. Withdrawal rights may end on full performance only after your express request and prior acknowledgment. Opening the app or completing a single lesson does not fully perform an ongoing membership service. These terms do not obtain a separate waiver of digital-content withdrawal rights merely upon starting delivery. Use the online withdrawal function or notify myynti@miikathemachine.fi with your name, account email and subscription. You receive a durable acknowledgment. Statutory refunds are made within 14 days of receipt. Stopping renewal is a separate action and does not limit these rights.

5. Learning and service rights

AI may assess tasks; you may request teacher review. Technical failures may permit provisional progress while rewards await review. XP and MTM Coins are non-monetary points. Do not submit banking credentials, account numbers, personal portfolio information or other people's data. Accounts are personal; do not redistribute or resell content without permission. Report service faults to support. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies remain unaffected.

6. Disputes

Contact support first. You may contact Finnish consumer advisory services and the Consumer Disputes Board. Finnish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
